Bones classifies into comedy-drama. It is a series from FOX which aired on 2005. It depicts the story of a forensic anthopologist who ends up working for the FBI finding murderers and solving crimes. This forensic anthopologist is the leader of the fictional Jeffersonian Institute Forensic Sciences Department.

CHARACTERS
TEMPERANCE BRENAN (Emily Deschanel): She's a forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institute. She is an empiricist and author of crime fiction based on her experiences. She lacks social skills, thisprovides the show its comedy part, primarily through her catchphrase, "I don't know what that means", whenever a pop culture reference is introduced into conversation. Although she's kind of awkward, she has a really good heart.
SEELEY BOOTH (David Boreanaz) : He's anFBI Special Agent. His investigations involving human remains cannot go through without Brennan's skills in forensic anthropology. Booth needs, most of the times, translation of the scientific jargon-filled dialog. He gives Brennan her nickname, "Bones", which she starts out hating, but comes to accept it. Despite having no training in criminology, he is known for his ability to read people's behavior, a quality that Brennan certainly lacks of.
JACK HODGINS (T.J. Thyne) :He's an entomologist whose hobby is conspiracy theories. He helps teach Zack how to be socially normal. His family is extremely wealthy and are major sponsors of the Jeffersonian; however, Hodgins wishes for this status to remain concealed from his bosses because he does not want to be seen as a superior He's in love with Angela Montenegro, and she gives birth to their son in season six.
ANGELA MONTENEGRO (Michaela Conlin) :She's a forensic artist at the Jeffersonian Institute and Dr. Brennan's best friend. Angela helps the process of finding murderers by reconstructing the faces of the victims. She is open, friendly, and caring and constantly tries to draw Dr. Brennan out of the lab. Angela is the daughter of Billy Gibbons, guitarist of ZZ TOP, starring as himself.
The other part of the cast is mostly changeable. From season 4, there have been some changes in the cast, and some characters left the show, some other got there and stayed for good.

Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz
A young woman who is initially a waitress and co-worker of Penny's,
paying her way through graduate school microbiology studies. Bernadette is
introduced to Howard by Penny, when they find out that they both have
overbearing mothers, they feel a connection. During season 3 they date and marry
at the end of season 5
Amy Farrah Fowler A woman Raj and Howard met on an online dating site after secretly
setting up an account using Sheldon's name and information. Amy is more
interested in social and romantic interaction. Once she and Sheldon meet, she
becomes, as Sheldon puts it, a girl who is his friend, but not his "girlfriend"
